Important Notice: This Oiiyao Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies only to the Oiiyao website operated by Hefei Weimu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our"). Please read this Policy carefully before using this platform and ensure you fully understand and accept its terms; otherwise, please do not register, log in or use the service. I. Definitions and Interpretation
1. Oiiyao Products or Services: the services provided by the Oiiyao website https://oiiyao.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service", the "Product" or the "Oiiyao Service").
2. Platform Service: refers to the video processing related services provided by the platform operator Hefei Weimu Technology Co., Ltd. to users (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or the "Platform Service").
3. Hefei Weimu Technology Co., Ltd.: the developer and operator of Oiiyao, specializing in video processing, voice synthesis and language technology research. If you would like to learn more about our company or the platform, please contact us using the contact details set out in Section X of this Policy.
4. User: refers to a person who registers, logs in to and uses this software, and who activates, browses or uploads data to Oiiyao. In this Policy, the User is generally referred to as "you".
5. Affiliate: any party that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company. "Control" and "controlled" here mean the right to direct the management policies of a party through voting rights, contract or other means.
6. Account: refers to the user account you obtain after completing registration with authentic information. You are responsible for safeguarding such account, and you shall be legally liable for all activities conducted under your account.
7. Personal Information: information recorded electronically or by other means that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding Anonymized information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes (without limitation) the natural person's name, date of birth, ID number, personal biometric information, address and telephone number. Personal Information also includes (without limitation) Sensitive Personal Information.
8. Sensitive Personal Information: Personal Information that, once leaked or unlawfully used, could easily lead to the infringement of the dignity of a natural person or harm to personal or property safety, including biometric, religious belief, specific identity, medical and health, financial account and location tracking information, as well as the personal information of minors under the age of fourteen.
9. Processing of Personal Information: includes the collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure and deletion of Personal Information.
10. Personal Information Processor: an organization or individual that independently determines the purpose and means of processing in personal information processing activities.
11. Automated Decision-Making: the activity of automatically analyzing and assessing an individual's behavioral habits, interests and hobbies, or economic, health and credit status through computer programs, and making decisions based on such analysis.
12. De-identification: the process by which Personal Information is processed so that, without additional information, it can no longer identify a specific natural person.
13. Anonymization: the process by which Personal Information is processed so that it cannot identify a specific natural person and cannot be restored.
14. Device: a device that can be used to access Oiiyao Products or Services, such as a smartphone or computer.
II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We will collect and use your Personal Information for the purposes described below, in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and good faith.
1. Personal Information You Actively Provide When We Provide Services to You
You may use basic functions without providing any Personal Information. The basic function of the Platform is information browsing. In addition, in order to provide you with functions such as account registration/login, in-app purchases, request publishing and messaging, you only need to provide us with the basic and necessary Personal Information corresponding to such functions, except where otherwise required by relevant laws, regulations and normative documents. If you refuse to provide such information, we will be unable to provide you with the corresponding services.
1.1 Account Registration / Login
- To safeguard the security of your personal account, when you need to use functions such as video translation, video dubbing or text-to-speech, you must register and log in before use. When registering, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number, and verify your identity by entering an SMS verification code and password. When logging in, you need to enter your mobile phone number and SMS verification code. Your account and password will be stored in encrypted form on our servers and are accessible only to you. We recommend that you safeguard your password information carefully to prevent unauthorized use of your account. Choosing not to register or log in does not affect your normal browsing of the Product.
1.3 Video Translation / Silent Video Dubbing / Video Editing / Text-to-Speech
- When you use the video translation / silent video dubbing / video editing / text-to-speech functions, we will collect your audio, video and text content in order to perform such video translation / silent video dubbing / video editing / text-to-speech processing on cloud servers.
- When you upload audio/video/text and submit a video translation / silent video dubbing / video editing / text-to-speech order, we will collect your order information (including audio files, documents, images, order number, order source, user ID, order price, actual payment amount, payment channel, payment method, order creation time, order payment time and recharge card type) so as to display the order to you and facilitate order management. Such information is necessary to submit and manage video dubbing and similar orders. If you do not provide it, you will be unable to submit video translation / silent video dubbing / video editing / text-to-speech orders or use payment services. If you require an invoice, we will additionally collect your address and mobile phone number.
- When you use the video translation / silent video dubbing / video editing / text-to-speech functions, we need to invoke your storage permission to upload audio and video files. This is a system permission required for the function. If you refuse, you will be unable to use the corresponding video translation / video dubbing / silent video dubbing functions.
1.4 Voice Cloning
- When you use the voice cloning function, we will collect your audio content in order to perform video translation / silent video dubbing / video editing / text-to-speech processing on cloud servers.
- When you use the voice cloning function, we need to invoke your storage permission and microphone permission to upload and record audio and video files. These are system permissions required for the function. If you refuse, you will be unable to use the corresponding voice cloning function.
1.5 Plan Purchase
- When you need to make an order purchase, you need to provide us with your account so that we can verify your identity.
- When you purchase a plan, our system will generate an order for the purchase. The order will set out the product information, specific order number, order creation time, amount payable and your remarks. We collect this information to help you complete the transaction smoothly, safeguard the security of your transaction, allow you to look up order information, and provide after-sales service.
2. Personal Information We Actively Collect While Providing Services to You
Subject to applicable laws and regulations, in order to safeguard the security of your account and provide you with better services, we will collect and use the following information generated when you use Oiiyao:
- 2.1 Log Information: When you use the Oiiyao Service, we automatically collect details of your usage and store them as network logs, including operating system information and login IP information, so that we can analyze usage, optimize the service and provide a better service experience.
- 2.2 Browsing Records: When you use the Oiiyao Service, we collect your relevant browsing information, including browse history, browsing duration, likes, favorites, download history and click history. This information is collected to display more relevant content to you and provide a better service experience.
- 2.3 Search Records: When you use the search service within this software, we collect your search records so that you do not need to re-enter them when searching again later.
III. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
1. Use of Cookie Technology
We collect and use your information through cookies and store such information as log information. We use our own cookies to provide you with a better user experience and service, and for the following purposes:

4. Account Deactivation
You have the right to deactivate your Oiiyao account. You may contact our customer support using the methods set out in Section X of this Policy to request deactivation. After receiving your request, we will require you to provide your account (mobile phone number) and an SMS verification code to verify your identity. After successful verification, we will complete the deactivation within 15 working days. To ensure security, we may require you to provide appropriate evidence of your identity and the legitimacy of your request. After successful deactivation, we will delete or Anonymize your Personal Information as soon as practicable in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.
VIII. How We Protect the Personal Information of Minors
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' Personal Information.
1. We protect minors' Personal Information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. Although the definition of a minor varies under local laws and customs, we treat any person under the age of 18 as a minor. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, if you are a minor, you should read this Policy together with your guardian and obtain your guardian's written consent before registering, logging in or using the Oiiyao Service. 1. To provide you with better services, the Oiiyao Service will be updated and changed from time to time, and we will revise this Policy as appropriate. Such revisions form part of this Policy. However, without your express consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under this Policy.
2. After this Policy is updated, we will release an updated version on Oiiyao and remind you again to read the updated Privacy Policy through application market release notes, pop-ups or similar means, so that you can stay informed of the latest version of this Policy.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; failing such resolution, you hereby agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court of Hefei High-Tech Zone, Anhui Province, of the People's Republic of China.
If any clause of this Policy is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such clause shall be removed from this Policy, but its invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which shall continue in full force and effect.
